Assistant Manager - Sales - Automotive (6-9 yrs)
Specific Tasks and Responsibilities/ KPI :
Key Role :
- Achieving sales target for assigned territory, group of dealers
- New car sales: Responsible for achieving model-wise new car sales targets, month by month with targeted market share
- Support in Dealer purchase funnel management - plan and implement the required sales promotion activities to generate targeted inquiries for achieving the sales target. Implementing the marketing and brand support activities.
- Dealer management : Discussion and monitoring of Business Plan, model wise, sales consultant wise. Recruitment and training support to dealer sales team as per Company way. Monitoring the SSI with the action plan . Dealer Profitability, funds flow management, infrastructure maintenance and supporting timely settlement of dealer claims.
- Market intelligence : Keep track of all the competition activities and report to next level .
- Customer Management : Dealer -Customer meets, and speedy closure of all the dealer related customer complaints.
- Policy management : Ensuring the timely and must implementation of Company's policies and guidelines from time to time
- Candidates from Automobile industry would be preferred
