It is present in 6 locations pan India.   Role specs:  - Support and facilitate the SOX/ SAS 70 compliance for the Finance and Accounting processes   - Perform design and operating effectiveness reviews per the audit calendar and report progress.   - Conduct Compliance Assessments for various operations, report findings to the business and provide support in implementing measures for achieving compliance.  - Implement audit best practices within the team.  - Create/Increase awareness towards Compliance / Risk activities.  Shifts: UK shifts (10pm-7pm, 12pm-9pm).  Candidate specs:   - Should have handled Risk & Compliance.  - Should have exposure to SOX, SAS 70 certification etc.  - Should have knowledge of Finance & Accounting operations.  - Should be a chartered Accountant.
