Job Posting and Head Hunting  - Currently handling a team.  - Hiring for different designations (like CSO, Technical Support Officers, Operations Manager, Team Leaders, Software Executives for Oracle, Java & DBS)  - Handling Sourcing, Conducting the HR round to check the fitment and stability of the candidate, scheduling the interviews with the stake holders, Post Interview Salary Negotiations and documentations  - Maintaining records of all the candidates, to create a data base for future use.  - Have a record of 100% delivery (before TAT) for all accounts till date.  Important Candidates current location - PUNE
