Our client is UK based technology firm in Safety and Environmental Products, A 100+ year old firm with global presence in 160+ countries

Designation: Assistant Manager - Recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identify and manage a panel of appropriate recruitment channels, sources, agencies and consultants to ensure quality of recruitment effort.

- Identify appropriate target groups for diverse recruitment requirements for various group companies and functions.

- Contribute to and execute programs and activities to increase awareness amongst and attract potential employee groups.

- Develop and execute recruitment processes with hiring managers / supervisors to ensure quality of new hires and process efficiency.

- Develop processes and induct new hires effectively for successful confirmation.

Desired Profile:

- 4-6 years of Recruitment experience in IT/Manufacturing/Engineering firms

- Any Graduate, Post-graduate preferred

- Prior experience in working for MNC's is mandatory

- Should have experience in recruiting engineering profiles for sales and BD roles

- IT and Engineering recruitment experience most preferred

- Willing to work as Individual contributor and lead the location recruitment

- Strong communication skills

- Strong analytical ability

- People oriented - interest in understanding and working with people

- Proactive and independent
