Assistant Manager - Project - Green Field/Brown Field - FMCG (2-8 yrs)
Capacity Project Planning :
Identify change requirements :
- Prepare/ review layout and equipment changes
- Provide input on technical specifications for equipments and share vendor contacts
- Identify equipment vendors, shortlist and conduct final negotiations
Capacity Project Execution :
Coordinate with vendor / project team for equipment connectivity
- Monitor equipment placement, infrastructure readiness and installation
- Resolve escalated issues related to equipment/ technical hindrances during commissioning
- Participate in initial trials of each machine and entire plant/ line
New Product Commercialization :
Identify, shortlist and negotiate terms with vendors for equipment and coordinate for equipment connectivity
- Monitor equipment placement, infrastructure readiness and installation
- Process Improvement Initiatives : Conduct cost benefit analysis and prepare action plan for implementation
- Monitor and review progress with team
- Evaluate benefits post implementation
Production Execution :
- Coordinate for market serviceability in case of change in plan
Statutory Compliance : Monitor and review statutory compliance of each plant within the allocated region periodically
Specification :
- Candidate must be B.Tech/ BE in Mechanical/Instrumentation/Production.
- Should have good exposure in Green Field/ Brown Field.
Industry exposure : FMCG Industry
- Minimum of 2-3 years of exposure in Project management
