Assistant Manager - Production - FMCG/Cosmetics

Job Description:

- Managing overall production operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets.

- Leading the team of Shift Executives/Engineers, defining their roles, KPIs to ensure efficiency in process operations and meeting of production targets.

- Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and rectifying the equipment through various applications.

- Responsible to increase the line OEE, wastage control, process control, productivity improvement.

- Reviewing daily manufacturing, quality matrices. Its Action plan, execution & implementation of quality protocols.

- Leading innovations at Factory and Projects Execution.

- Building a strong team through training, regular feedback and Coaching.

- To ensure the implementation of EHS standards on Shopfloor.
