Looking out for the above mentioned role for one of the International NGO in NCR location. The job role would be as mentioned below

Key Accountabilities

Award Management

- Track opportunity Go / No Go decisions

- Provide coordination support to proposal development and review processes, ensuring all staff inputs happen in a timely and effective manner

- Closely monitor award start-up process and ensure awards start in a timely fashion

- Ensure startup call/meeting is planned and executed - review project timeline, deliverables and donor requirements in detail

- Monitor award progress and escalate issues or risks as appropriate

- Monitor rate of spending, and troubleshoot and escalate as needed

- Work with finance to monitor match reporting when required by donor

- Track KPIs for award portfolio and prepare management information

- Facilitate award amendments and implement as needed

- Review grant agreements to ensure feasibility of implementation

Donor Compliance and Partnership

- Monitor award implementation, reporting and procurement to ensure compliance with donor requirements

- Ensure timely, accurate narrative and financial reporting to donors

- Support the development of and manage sub-award agreements to partners as needed

- Ensure partner agreements are in place and signed in a timely fashion

- Coordinate with resource mobilization to ensure that donor reports are submitted to donors on time and of high quality

- Coordinate response to donor queries when needed

Award / Grant Management System

- Complete all data entry and follow all processes to ensure awards can be tracked on award systems

- Review draft agreement documents & submit feedback to RM

- Ensure all award management system records are an accurate reflection of current award status at all times, and have all required documentation attached

- Create and update internal budgets on award management system for management of new awards

- Adapt to new processes and systems as they are developed

- Process amendment workflows as needed

- Ensure that awards are closed/deactivated in the award system

Capacity Building and Knowledge Management

- Support General Manager to improve award management systems, policies, procedures, and knowledge management (proposals, budgets, and related award documents)

- Step in to provide information and metrics to the Sr Management Team at the request of the General Manager

- Work with General Manager to develop best practices, sharing resources, and ongoing trainings

- Prepare and disseminate guidance and conduct internal training

Core Competencies & Qualifications:

Essential:

- Minimum 5-7 years of experience work experience required

- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

- Experience in project management required

- Working with awards / grants and donor requirements highly preferred

- Experience in budget management and financial analysis

- Experience coordinating processes with large stakeholder groups

- Excellent organizational skills - ability to juggle large amounts of details while still maintaining big picture

- Experience communicating with impact in a complex stakeholder environment

- Excellent planning, management and coordination skills, with the ability to organise a workload comprised of varying and changing tasks and responsibilities

- Problem solving skills to identify and lead the resolution of issues

- Excellent Microsoft Office skills

- Attention to detail and analytical skills

- Ability to follow through on tasks to completion

- Proactive approach to work and ability to identify and implement effective processes for achieving outcomes

- Committed team player

- Strong interpersonal skills

- Strong communication (written and spoken), and interpersonal skills in English, with experience in managing multicultural teams

- Commitment to goals and values of organization

- Ability to travel nationally to liaise with colleagues in State Offices to provide award management support for start-up, implementation and close out of projects

Desirable

- Experience working with NGOs in a development context

- Knowledge of the requirements of the major donors and experience in reporting to donors.
