Job Profile :
- Preparation of JDs and KRAs after discussion with concerned parties.
- Responsible for KRA System Implementation, Monitoring and Review
- Ensuring the proper maintenance and timely submission of the HRIS related to KRAs and PMS
- Proactively coordinate with concerned Sections to ensure timely receipt of KRA Targets and related MIS within Stipulated timelines.
- Update and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlines
- Communicate regularly with employees to clarify any doubts or support required for KRAs
