Position: Assistant Manager HR- Plant (Generalist)

Salary: 15.00-18.00 L PA

Education: Post Graduation in HR from any of these Colleges- TISS, MDI, XLRI, SCMHRD & SIBM (2015 and senior batches) with 60 % across academics

Experience: 1-6 yrs

Age Criteria: Less than 30 Yrs

Job Profile:

1. Employee Relations (ER) Strategy implementation and monitoring

2. ER systems and processes review, design and implementation at all the units

3. ER systems and processes audit at the unit

4. Develop alternate approaches to wages & welfare structuring for unionised employees aligned to business requirements

5. Conduct Surveys & Benchmark best practices - both internal and external

6. Continuously assess & ensure compliance on impact of applicable legislation education on legal matters

7. Budget, manage and review non-management costs

8. To assist the units on all the ER related Legal Issues

9. To anchor the Long Term Agreement process for the unions along with the ERM and the unit HR teams

10. Non-Management Welfare Management
