Asst Manager-HR Generalist  Job Location: Vijayawada, Rajahmundry, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Nellore, Chennai, Bangalore  Post Graduation in HR with 60% and above from institutes of TISS, MDI, XLRI, SCMHRD & SIBM (2015 and senior batches)  Age Criteria: 30 years and below  Languages: Telugu, English  Job Profile:  - Employee Relations (ER) Strategy implementation and monitoring  - ER systems and processes review, design and implementation at all the units  - ER systems and processes audit at the unit  - Develop alternate approaches to wages & welfare structuring for unionised employees aligned to business requirements  - Conduct Surveys & Benchmark best practices - both internal and external  - Continuously assess & ensure compliance on impact of applicable legislation education on legal matters  - Budget, manage and review non-management costs  - To assist the units on all the ER related Legal Issues  - To anchor the Long Term Agreement process for the unions along with the ERM and the unit HR teams  - Non-Management Welfare Management
