Drafting and Reviewing of policies :
- Assisted in drafting and reviewing the following policies and guidelines in line with the statutory requirements:
- Protection of Women against Sexual Harassment at Workplace (SHP)
- Gender Diversity guidelines
- Assisted in rolling out safety policy for on-field employees, in line with the corporate safety policy.
- Studied and prepared comparative analysis of existing policies vis-a-vis its impact on organizational development

Performance Management System (PMS) :
- Conduct survey for working of inflation
- Prepare report formats for online appraisal forms for different grades, by understanding the type of data that has to be captured for future analysis
