Location : Chandigarh

Job Purpose :

- We are seeking talented, driven individual to serve as Assistant Manager - Opeartions for our Customer Support Team who projects a professional image and is comfortable communicating with clients & our team in US. Our company is based in Chandigarh, and employees enjoy the great work environment of a start-up company.

- Job duties are broad and an upbeat attitude and the willingness to pitch in wherever needed are crucial. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can learn quickly, grow with the company, and look forward to the challenge of delighting our customers and building our business.

Responsibilities :

- Leading the Call Center and Client Services Group

- Monitoring the day to day Operations of Call center

- Maintain good working relation with the Call Center team

- Call monitoring and regular audits as per plan

- Ensure support to Head Office and other departments

- Excellent team handling skills

- Business Development skills

- Proficient in computer skills and good in MS OFFICE

- Should be self-driven and good motivator

- Flexible to work in the Night Shifts.

Qualifications/Criteria's :

- Should have working experience in handling Inbound Customer Service.

- Experience of managing CRM's/IVR's systems is a must.

- Ability to analyze and use data to make thoughtful prioritization decisions.

- Ability to learn quickly and communicate proactively and effectively in writing, and verbally.

- Desired Qualification: MBA/PG /Graduate/ with 5 - 9 years of experience with strong Operational and People management skills in Call Center/BPO industry.

- Should have minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Assistant Manager.

Salary Range: 8 - 12 LPA
