Opportunity for Assistant Mines Manager

We have an opening with a leading cement manufacturing company.

Position : Assistant Mines Manager

Job Location : Gujarat - Junagadh District

Qualification / Experience : BE / BTech Mining with 2nd Class Mines Manager Certificate

7-8 years in mechanized opencast mining, preferably Limestone with experience in crushers, VT & Safety. Management of tippers/trucks operation will be an added advantage.

Technical / Functional skills :

- Mines Planning (Short term), Manpower Handling, Quality Control & HEMM Operation

- Knowledge of MIS

- Knowledge of SAP PP & PM will be an added advantage

Role :

- Assisting the Mines Manager to achieve the targeted annual production of Limestone.

- To co-ordinate with shift engineer for day to day shift working for operations of mine.

- Checking & execution of required actions for enhancement of safety & environment through safety talks.

- Holds statutory responsibility of Assistant Manager Mines as per Mines Act 1952 & MMR 1961.

- Maintaining the statutory records & responsibilities.
