Assistant Manager- Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Leading Management Consulting - Delhi

We have urgent position with one of the World leading consulting firm in Gurgaon.

Position : Assistant Manager

Location : Gurgaon

JD :

- Desired Skills Experience of working in a Consulting or Professional Services environment is a must

- Experience of helping clients to optimize CRM (MS Dynamics) as a business architecture platform for organizations and get them to derive value from the CRM solution as a platform; and introduce them to the full functionality of what is possible (beyond contacts and opportunity management)

- Strong understanding of MS Dynamics functionality, business processes and scenarios. Below is an illustrative list

- Collaborates with enterprise and solution architects to ensure scalable and efficient solutions are envisioned, designed, developed, and implemented to meet business needs.

- Support Enterprise Architect in determining how key business functions can be supported within target application(s) and keeping the Enterprise Architect informed of the product roadmap of the CRM applications.

- Support Enterprise Architect in defining application's data access and integration layer, defining what data can be exposed by the application, through what methods, and what integration options should be supported (developing functional documents).

Note : Above is an illustrative list. Feel free to consider other experience helping clients optimize their salesforce implementation, or introduce them to more functionality

- 5 years of relevant experience in sales force effectiveness, sales effectiveness and CRM, across industries

- Preferred experience with sales transformations that involve front office technology, specifically Microsoft CRM (MS Dynamics)

- Experience with Customer Buying Patterns, Channel Strategy/Alignment, Sales Model Design Strategy, Sales Force Talent/Skill Building, Sales Performance Management/Incentives, Sales Tools Enablement, Building High Performing Sales Cultures and Sales Analytics/Insights

- Demonstrated ability to analyze and diagnose the strategy, people, process and technology root causes for client sales performance issues

- Experience of working onsite during a CRM consulting (MS Dynamics/ Salesforce.com) and/or implementation engagement

- Exposure to financial services and telecom sectors preferred

- Good written and verbal communication skills
