JOB TITLE Medical Transcription - Assistant Manager

Reporting To : Manager - Medical Transcription

Location : Noida

Position Description - Brief synopsis

Is responsible for the overall supervision, management and delivery of transcription services for multiple ministries by utilizing medical transcription team from a blended pool.

Must understand technical infrastructure for medical transcription platforms and interfaces.

Performance management required.

Process improvement skillset necessary.

Strong communication skills a must.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Participates in planning and development of overall operational objectives and goals for medical transcription services provided to clients.

Responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of medical transcription operations.

Provides leadership and direction to onsite staff.

Leads change management to include project managing and implementation of new hardware or software, transitioning operational workflow changes to include Style Guide implementation, productivity and quality metrics.

Establishes and assures compliance with departmental policies and procedures in conformance with corporate policies and procedures.

Educates users of transcription services, both internal and external.

Travels as required to locations in order to facilitate face-to-face team communication and relationships.

Performance management. Scope-In Terms of Financial Indicators (if applicable to the job)

- Revenue generated Must operate utilizing aggressive operating metrics.

Need to be cost efficient with regards to processes, resource utilization and overall constant cost management Typical Qualifications

- Required education level, experience, licensing/registration, and/or credentials Graduate Ability to organize, manage and supervise groups of individuals to meet quality and turnaround requirements.

Ability to interact positively with individuals; both within the department as well as client, physician and leadership positions.

- Max CTC : INR 12 LPA

- Team size : 30 associates minimum

- Cab : Yes, provided it comes in hire zone

- Shift time: Rotational.
