Assistant Manager - Marketing (2-4 yrs)
Position Title : Assistant Manager - Marketing
Reporting To : Head - Marketing & Corporate Communication
Company : InterGlobe Enterprises Ltd.
Location : Gurgaon
PURPOSE:
Job Responsibility :
- Assist in executing marketing and communication plans.
- Provide support in developing and executing the social marketing plans, improving traction on digital platforms, coordinating media relations, develop collaterals and reports etc.
- Implement effective communications and media strategies that successfully deliver information and key messages to all stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and monitoring annual marketing budget.
- Conceptualize and orchestrate all internal and external marketing campaigns.
- Content Management of all internal/External communications - website, email, social media, blogs, Advertising material, Newsletters, Videos etc.
- Perform quality check on content and ensuring all communications share a unified, one-brand look and feel that reflect the company's business priorities and strategy
- Establish & maintain relationships with manage various agencies & partners - PR, Social Media, Merchandising, Outdoor Media etc.
- Handling merchandising of Marketing materials & corporate giveaways
- Organising Company leadership / employee events
Personal Characteristics & Behaviours :
Should be a highly enthusiastic, motivated and result-oriented individual.
Must possess proven presentation, communication and marketing skills, as well as creativity.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills, be able to motivate and influence others.
Individual must be able to think creatively and strategically, have excellent judgment and be able to work in a dynamic environment.
Education and Experience :
MBA from a reputed institute with 2-4 years of experience in marketing
