Job Description:
Skills Required:
- Thorough technical knowledge on transfer pricing regulations
- Worked up on transfer pricing documentation, TP planning, assessments, dispute resolution panel, CIT(A) and ITAT cases
- Knowledge of benchmarking methodolgy and TP databases
- Up to date knowledge of case laws and assessment procedures
- Would have appeared before different tax authorities with seniors or independently
- Be able to work along with team of Associates and Analyst and provide training and guidance
- Client handling for middle management level
- Innovative, ability to anlyse, learn and adapt quickly to different work situations
- Basic excel, presentation and report writing skills
- Good communication skills
- Team pleayer and ability to coach and collaborate
Qualification :
- Chartered Accountant, LLB, CS
- Candidates with International tax certifications will have an added advantage
- Should be well versed with OECD TP Guidelines and transfer pricing regulations of developed countries

- Developing and managing territory specific models for resolving TP issues
- Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing reports
- Dealing with tax officials
- Risk management and document management
- Client relationship management and negotiations
- Coaching/ developing junior members on the concepts of transfer pricing
- Profiling of the company to gain visibility
