- On-boarding & Induction of management trainees handled the procedure for the identified trainees post selection till deputation to the respective branches
- Handling the sourcing, selection, offer-rollouts, negotiation & post acceptance follow-ups for all the selected candidates.
- Well versed with handling recruitment for Insurance Domain. Consultancy Experience will not work.
