Assistant Manager/Manager - Six Sigma/Lean - F&A Domain - Consulting Firm (6-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and define process changes related to new ERP requirement across various F&A functions
- As an integral part of the new ERP design team, develop functional requirements for new ERP
- Identify risks with the new processes and establish control mechanisms for new ERP & processes
- Provide LSS (Lean Six Sigma) framework and guidance to the entire project team and maintain Design For Six Sigma (DFSS) standards
- Program manage and drive implementation along with IT, monitor progress, take corrective action
Skillset required
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt with one or more F&A domain experience (R2R, P2P, AR etc.)
- Hands on exposure to one or more ERP implementation cycle in F&A domain
- Hands on experience in working with MS Visio
- Strong understanding of F&A processes and their connection with business
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Consultative skills and driving large projects experience desired
- Out of the box thinking, self-starter, cross geographic experience
- Strong ability to understand complex system landscape configuration considering the E2E view
Qualification
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt
- CPA or MBA Finance or equivalent preferred
