Job Role - The key areas of responsibilities are as follows :  Increase AUM, Net Sales, and Market Share of AMC through Channels  Channel management :  Develop and Strengthen relationships to promote AMC schemes across IFAs, National Distributors and Banks  Knowledge sharing and training of channel partners by making effective sales presentations on products  Activation of dormant channel partners  Liaison within the Organization to ensure that information and servicing needs of the Channel partners/investors are met  Effectively handle queries/grievances while following with TAT   Regular MIS and reporting  Knowledge & Essential Skills :  Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to ensure healthy market share  Strong networking & relationship building skills necessary to manage high-end investors & distributors  In-depth knowledge of MF Industry, Products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt)  Excellent Communication & Good Presentation Skills  Self-Starter, Proactive & Target Oriented  High Enthusiasm & Aggression  Pleasing Personality  Academics :  Minimum Qualification: Full-time Graduation  Preferred Qualification: MBA  Compulsory: NISM VA  Remarks :  A person with experience of handling Retail Channel would be preferred.  Salary Offered: 8 - 13 LPA
