Read, understand and imbibe the ISP License terms & conditions issued by DoT and manage all compliances in timely manner
- Read and understand all relevant TRAI Regulations and manage compliance in timely manner
- Liaise and manage excellent rapport with DoT & TRAI officials for all meetings, representations and compliances
- Coordinate the consultation process and TSBB response for any relevant TRAI consultation
- Shall be designated as the - Nodal Officer- representing TSBB for DoT & TERM Cells
- Liaise with all the TERM cells in the Service Areas where TSBB is operating from. Manage TERM inspections and audits and compliances
- Liaise with CCA, Maharashtra for L.F. payments and Bank Guarantees and financial assessments
- Keep track of all Regulatory & Licensing developments through industry contacts
