Assistant Manager/Manager - Process Excellence - BPO (7-10 yrs)

Job Description:
Responsible for driving the continuous improvement initiatives / projects and implementing QMS for the assigned engagements. Minimum Black Belt Certification from the reputed institution. Demonstrated practical experience in quality management system
Ability to drive change in a division, interfacing with Operations Process Managers and Senior Process Managers
Identifying roadmap of process improvement for the division
Leading Six Sigma Green /Black Belt projects
Mentoring projects based on tools and methodologies (Kaizen, Six Sigma) - Conducting reviews for Kaizen projects.
Conduct trainings of Six Sigma, Kaizen and other quality concepts
Desired Candidate Profile
Education-Graduation
Black belt / Green Belt certification is must and should have experience in BPO's
Exposure to quality systems (ISO, COPC, etc) preferred
Process Specific Skills :
- Lean Six Sigma Black belt / Green belt Training / Certification from reputed organization / institute
- Knowledge of quality systems (ISO, COPC) preferable
- Should have conducted Six Sigma trainings
- Soft skills (Desired) :
- Soft Skills (Minimum) Functional
- Operational planning and process management to effectively plan, prioritize and execute everyday QC operations
- Knowledge of quality assurance, process improvements, domain, etc
- Monitoring and Reviewing
Leadership ;
- Fosters a spirit of collaboration and team work
- Ability to relentlessly pursuing excellence
- Demonstrates an intellectually agile and analytical approach and thought process
General :
- Conformance to policies / compliances with auditing skills and eye for details
- Ability to coach and give feedback on an ongoing basis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Project management skills and ability to lead in a continually challenging environment
Work Experience Requirements :
- Minimum 7+ years of total work experience with at least 2 years of relevant in BPO / ITES industry
- Must have led at least 3 to 4 BB/GB projects with significant savings
- Minimum 2-3 year in current role / assignment
Shift: Rotational night shifts/5 days working
Salary: As per company Standards
