Assistant Manager/Manager - Learning & Development - Consulting Firm

Looking for AM - L&D and Manager - L&D for a Consulting client to be based out of Delhi / NCR

Primary Responsibilities:

Would be required to deliver programs like communication skills, presentations skills, email writing etc.primarily a soft skills trainer.

Would be required to do classroom training themselves

Would be required to design training modules in soft skills, should have hand-on experience in content designing

Would be required to travel 50% of the time to offices across India, should be open to travel.

Would also be managing business stakeholders across levels
