Assistant Manager/Manager - Internal Audit - Pharma/FMCG

Position : Asst. Manager/ Manager - Internal Audit (Leading MNC Pharma Company)

Role :

- Formulate a long term internal audit program covering all areas, activities and locations of the Company

- Conduct audit of selected areas as per audit program, and ensure that all audits are satisfactorily completed

- Create accurate, logical and detailed work-papers clearly describing the work performed, testing results and conclusions

- Review audit reports and check for accuracy, quality, and completeness before submission to functional head, supervisor, and managing director

- Recommend, communicate, and drive improvement activities following audit findings

- The position will involved 90-120 days travel in a year

Requirements :

- CA/MBA with 3 - 7 years of post qualification experience

- Knowledge of or experience of working in SAP/ERP environment & MS Office

- He should have experience in the internal audit function of a large sized MNC firm preferably from the Pharma/ FMCG or Consumer Goods Industry

- Should have excellent written/oral communication and report writing skills and good command over English language should possess good planning and negotiating skills.
