EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1 to 4 Years of working experience in HR Department in Any Manufacturing or other Industry.
Candidate should be full time MBA from IIMs (A, B, C), MDI, XLRI & SCMHRD Only. Should be pass out in 2013, 2014, 2015, & 2016 only.
Job Responsibilities :
Drive recruitment for business & challenge Talent acquisition on quality hires, selection process for business units through internal & external sourcing based on business forecast
Prime interface for strategic HR processes such as Onboarding, HC budgeting, Staffing, PMS, Compensation Cycle, Talent Management, Job rotation & other critical interventions
Partner with the business leaders to assess TNI of the larger workforce & develop a robust L&D plan to accelerate employee performance levels
Drew up a succession plan for critical positions and designed a cross-functional job rotation plan to up skill performance and business exposure
Co-create interventions to address function level issues of the larger workforce, ensure implementation and drive key talent development efforts with the business in line with best OD practices whilst partnering with COE
Engage with business to build internal commitment & relevance of capability building initiatives
Drive Performance management with Line ExCo, HODs and ensure timely goal setting of employees
Independently seek performance review feedback from line, lead calibration sessions for Corporate office & sites
Responsible for end to end performance management cycleincluding increment, compensation benefits, letter disbursement and employee queries
Chart out performance improvement plans with the business leaders and ensure start to end PIP closure
Co-create, review and challenge workforce plan with Line function and Talent Acquisition
Conduct Annual Employee Cost and Headcount Budgets analysis (Actuals vs. Budget) on a monthly basis and slate out reallocation of resources
Partner with the COE and Corporate Finance team to centrally develop &maintain HRIS for Top management dashboards & business leadership
Develop Employee engagement action planning framework based on Annual engagement survey results
Drive Employee Engagement by leading Career conversations, Leadership connects, Job rotations, unique R&R programs, employee Town halls for sites and corporate office
Plan, implement & execute suitable interventions to track and address employee concerns and conceptualize wellness &work-life balance initiatives that trace out early warning signals
Work closely with Leadership teams & run the charter of Talent engagement, Organization development across Enabling functions by delivering an HR agenda that supports business delivery
Independently manage & build Partner/ Director relationships with excellent ability to deal with sensitive issues
Resolve employee queries and act as a confidant whilst maintaining information integrity.
