Position is based at Gurgaon Office .

Requirement:

- Only candidates having experience in HR planning need apply for this position

- Should have worked in corporate office of any business house

- Must have stability in career- (Minimum 3 years in each organization served)

- Entire responsibility of HR for 2 plants

- Hiring- Manpower Planning, Recruitment & Selection, Salary negotiation,On Boarding

- Compensation & Benefits

- Policy Formulation

- Budgeting, Hiring cost Management

- Training and Development

- Employee Engagement, Employee Satisfaction Survey

- Organizational Development

- Payroll Management

- Employee Relation

- Statutory Compliance

- Travel Management

- Full & Final Settlement.

- Reporting to Head HR at Head Office.
