Assistant Manager/Manager - Human Resource - Analytics Firm

Our client is one of the leading analytics firm, looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager - Human Resources to be based in Chennai.

The role will be responsible for leading the HR Operations and help create and implement people initiatives and programs that are business centric and data driven.

Will be responsible for partnering with Talent Acquisition and Talent Management teams to identify and implement best practices with a view to improve operational excellence and stake holder management.

Mandatory:

- MBA / MSW from top management schools.

- 7 - 10 years of work experience.

- Hands on experience in HR Operations / Resource Management / HR Business Partner.
