Looking for an "Asst. Manager/Manager- Construction" for one of the leading player in Real Estate industry.

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech - Civil

Job location: Worli, Mumbai

Responsibilities

Involvement in execution of RCC and finishing activities till completion and handing over to customers Responsible for tracking project, deliverable, using appropriate tools and provide direction and support to project team

Presenting reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

Involvement in coordination with internal and external team to resolve site related issues and ensuring implementation of different procedures in day to day work as per company's policy

All finishing work (civil) completed within time limit with quality
