- The Assistant Manager (Presales) is a core team member in business pursuit and sales support functions that span the global presales, solutions, sales support, and marketing teams at the organization.

- You will coordinate and develop responses to RFPs, RFIs, customized presentations and collateral for use in winning new business for Organization.

- This role requires strong facilitation, writing, and content production skills and works cross-functionally with senior management, sales executives, account managers, as well as subject matter experts (SMEs) from across the company supporting various industries, technologies, and process domains.

- You will be expected to develop proposal responses and collateral, often to stiff deadlines always with the highest quality, ensuring consistency with client and Organization standards.

Responsibilities :

Proposal Creation :

- Develop written responses to client/prospect RFP, RFQ, and RFIs collaborating with internal SMEs and go-to-market partners.

This includes :

- Contribute to solution design for Organization proposals alongside other cross-functional teams. This includes collaborating with sales executives to identify win themes and with SMEs across various departments to ensure our proposal is accurate, and offers a professional solution the client need.

- Ensure compliance to RFP/RFI requirements and Organization quality, look and feel, graphics, and style standards to deliver final proposal documents of best-in-industry quality.

- Copy edit, proof read, and rewrite final output for quality of grammar, context, organization, consistency of message, and presentation.

- Work end-to-end from assignment of each project to attending bidders meetings (e.g., to obtain clarifications) to production of the final requirements (e.g.,proposal cover letters, executive summaries, graphics, final proposal documents in soft/hard copies, and delivery to clients).

- You may occasionally need to deliver proposals to clients and courier depots, or travel to work with partners and other Organization staff.

Sales Support :

- Given the nature of our industry and our clients- businesses, Organization- go-to-market and bid pursuit activities engage with them sometimes from very early in the sales cycle to deal closure. Each new business opportunity is a complex B2B sale. In this context, this role includes:

- Write, edit, and produce market-facing collateral (e.g., case studies, white papers, and brochures, PowerPoint presentations, speaking notes and other materials for sales executives at client presentations/conferences, industry award submissions, and direct mail campaigns for lead generation).

- Support our Knowledge Center a Organization initiative to create high quality reusable sales and marketing assets to drive content collection and creation and re-usability.

- You could be researching, managing and maintaining such repositories by applying corporate/client data, success stories, and Organization capabilities for use in our proposals and by Knowledge Center users.

General :

These include supervisory or administrative responsibilities.

- Provide management support and reporting.

- Obtain, review and synthesize market research or internal institutional knowledge to proposal submissions and Knowledge Center projects.

- Manage, update, and contribute to our proposal automation system (Qvidian),FAQs, repositories, boiler plates etc.

Essential Qualifications :

Education : Ideal BE + MBA or strong degree in communication/English with good postgraduate degree.

- Should have excellent communication skills in English, both written, as well as spoken.

- Proposal writing experience of 4-8 years and similar presales experience in the BPO industry.

- Advanced MS Word, PowerPoint, and keyboard skills. Intermediate skills in Excel and, Visio

- Willing to work flexible hours to meet aggressive deadlines.

- Experience of working well with and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
