The main responsibilities are as follows.  - Managing the end-to-end global transfer pricing documentation process  - Preparing a holistic transfer pricing documentation package, including a Master report and Local-Country reports that consist of detailed Functional-, Business- and Economic analyses  - Liaising with local country Tax-or Finance managers and external advisors, gathering information, and initiating action plans  - Supporting Regional-/Country Tax-and the Global Transfer Pricing teams withany transfer pricing reviews orauditsby conducting analysis and draftingresponses ahead ofsubmissions  In addition, the new team members will work closely on issues with the other Business Analysts.  - Assisting with the review of Transfer Pricing calculations  - Preparing periodic analytical reports  - Supporting annual statutory audits of specific legal entities by detailing the impact of transfer pricing calculations and amounts thathave been booked  Skill sets  - 5 + years of Transfer Pricing experience (preferred in consulting or in-house environment), or a strong background in Accounting, Finance or Tax  - Strong academic credentials in Commerce, Economics or Finance (MBA)  - Strong analytical-and research skills  - High degree of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word  - Attention to detail   - Good communication and interpersonal skills, a good team player  - Ability to self-start, manage timelines, and work autonomously with inputs from colleagues located in multiple geographies
