Assistant Manager - Legal - LLB - Consulting Firm

Part of the Global GCO team, the Global Legal Counsel will be responsible for

drafting, negotiating and advising on various contracts, in particular :

- Sponsorship contracts

- Meeting and events contracts

- Confidentiality agreements

- Procurement contracts

- Engagement Agreements, including preparatory work for Cross Border Engagements

- Exposure in Drafting, Vetting, Redlining & Client Negotiation

- Looking for LLBs with an exposure in Indian Legal Entities or Indian Contracts
