Assistant Manager IT Audit

Our client is a leading luxury- real estate developers in UAE. Their head quarters being in Dubai, they have commercial and residential presence in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait and Egypt. Over the past 13 years, the Company has grown to become one of the foremost luxury developers in the region, with projects spanning the GCC and wider Middle East.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager IT audit preferably with ERP ( oracle or SAP ) audit background.

- Ensure that audits assigned are completed and audit reports are issues with budgeted times frames, in order to ensure that the department's objectives on time & efficiency are achieved.

- Built and fortified internal and IT risk controls

- Ensure that audit work is thorough, sound professional judgment is exercised, all materials facts are verified before reaching to conclusions. Prepare Monthly flash reports for the management committee

- Deliver audit reports of a high quality to Audit manager/ Head of Audit, ensuring that all significant control weaknesses and risks are properly addressed and recommendations made are practical & cost efficient

- Maintaining professional and courteous relationship with the auditee management during the assignments to enable the department to meet its objective of customer satisfaction. Plan IT Audit methodology in consultation with External Auditors

- Ensure that all documentation is adequate and complete and working paper files are updated & submitted to the Senior Manager on a timely basis for sing off, in order that the department achieves a satisfactory score in the Quality review

- Should have experience in ERP Consulting ( Oracle), which includes Development, upgrades and maintenance.

- Develop risk control matrix to systematically evaluate high risk areas

- Advisory role with a focus on process efficiency and improvement

- Planning audit department activities with a focus on risk management and risk assurance. Mitigated risks by implementing segregation of duties controls, updating job descriptions
