Job Profile :   - Contribute in driving the internal communications of the organisation  - Support specialized Human Capital campaigns and messaging, including employee benefits, performance management etc.  - Support internal and external talent branding initiatives for the organisation  - Review of internal policies for Human Capital and other internal functions  - Create end to end campaigns for internal consumption across functional needs  - Support leadership communication needs  - Work on generating content for newsletters, internal portal, email campaigns, mailers, posters  - Should have prior corporate communications experience of at least 3/5 years.  - Candidates with ingrained experience in Communications teams, over those from PR agencies or media owing to a requirement of managing multiple internal stakeholders and project management for campaigns.  Salary Offered: 6 - 10 LPA
