Manager- Internal Audit and Risk Advisory Profile  Hiring for	 a leading global insurance company based in Noida  Job Description:	  Job Responsibility :  - Ensure that all business risks are anticipated, recognized, and appropriately managed before they can adversely affect the company.   - Review business processes and financial practices enterprise-wide to ensure the use of compliant best practices, procedural efficiency, and accuracy.  - Prepare reports of audit findings for business managers, and proposes recommendations for changes as needed.  - Prepare reports for senior management on larger-scale audit assignments.  - Participates consultative in implementing changes to the extent possible.  - Audit reviews will primarily cover Corporate Functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Procurement , and International Operations.  - Performs routine to moderately complex financial and management audit assignments with a variety of tasks and duties.  - May serve as a project leader on standard audits, a senior auditor on a large-scale project, or may conduct complex audits independently  - Provides technical expertise and advice to assist with the planning, execution and reporting of a major audit study.  - Assists audit management in communicating findings to business clients.  - Communicates results of audit reviews with audit management and business client, and recommends methods to re mediate control issues.  - Consult with business clients on implementing process improvements. Tracks and evaluates effectiveness of changes.  - Intermediate understanding of the financial services industry.  Desired Profile	Desired Profile  - Big-4 or Big 10 Accounting/Auditing Experience is mandatory.  - Looking out for Qualified MBAs or CAs with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience into Internal Audit.  - Competent knowledge of generally accepted audit standards, and Corporate Internal Audit standard.  - Strong written and verbal communications skills, including listening and interviewing skills.
