Assistant Manager - Internal Audit - ERM (3-8 yrs)
Assistant Manager Internal Audit reports to Deputy General Manager- Internal Audits.
The position primarily responsible for conducting Operations / Financial / Regulatory audits and Managing/ maintaining Audit Database
The position requires 30-50% travel
- Planning and executing internal audits (Audit execution and Report writing)
- Develop and update audit programs and checklists; plan and monitor audit work schedules
- Conducts risk assessments and identifies controls in place to mitigate identified risks
- Conducting / Managing other Special assignments
- Contributing to the knowledge sharing function of Internal Audit through presentations
- Coordination and facilitation with various business and functional owners to ensure implementation of the recommendations suggested
- Supporting Manager / DGM in developing/imparting training and other initiatives.
- Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- Systems knowledge and familiarity with data Analytical tools
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
