Assistant Manager - Internal Audit - CA - FMCG (3-7 yrs)
Job Description:
- Develop Risk Based annual audit plans detailing the scope, nature and timing of audit activities.
- Design internal audit procedures and work programs.
- Advisory services on Corporate Governance and Risk Assessment.
- Identify key areas of risk within the organization and propose appropriate controls to mitigate the risks.
- Discussion of report with the unit/department head & ensure closure/compliance of internal audit report.
- Review of each function of the business on periodic basis e.g. operation, purchase, sales & marketing, stores, finance & accounts, HR, statutory compliances, branch operation.
- Review the accuracy, timeliness and relevance of financial information and other disclosures provided to management.
- Review of contractors/vendors bills & payment.
- Review of purchase function of the group through Pre/Post audit of work orders/purchase orders.
- Review of salary disbursement process for the group through salary audit every month
- Review of Day to day Accounting
- Conversant with Accounting Standards & Auditing and Assurance standards.
- Review of MIS, Budgets prepared for different purposes also tracking on Budget vs Actual.
- Preparation and revalidation of Standard Operating Procedures and Functional Delegation of Authority Matrix.
