Job Title : AM - Risk and Compliance   Job Location : Pune   Reporting to the Manager - Risk and Compliance, you would be responsible for:   - Drafting, Implementing and Monitoring the information security requirements   - Creating and testing Business Continuity Plans   - Conducting Process Audits according to the ISO 27001 standards.   - Managing team workload, providing prioritization guidance for the project flow conducted by the team to improve process efficiency.   An ideal candidate :   - Graduation/ Masters with 4 to 7 years if relevant work experience in the field of Information Security.   - Certified ISO 27001   - Hands on experience of working in the Financial domain   - Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
