Mandatory: Handling indirect taxes VAT, CST, Entry Tax, Service Tax, etc for Pan India (Minimum 5-7 states mainly from South India States)

Position: AM - Indirect Taxation

Exp: 5- 10 years

Location: Bangalore

The job responsibility is to ensure statutory compliance across India for all indirect taxation related matters (VAT, CST, WCT, ET, Central Excise, Service Tax, Customs, LBT, etc)

- Knowledge in multistate VAT compliance, Service Tax Compliance

- Maximize tax benefits & reduce business complexity.

- Enable easy cross border movement of goods across India

- Setting-up the function on changing regulatory environment across India.

- Extraction of accurate data for making accurate decisions

- Handling legal pending cases and explores the possibility of getting it succeeded.

- Handling statutory audit, timely response to government notices and payments before the due date.

- Identifying the loss of opportunities in existing process & initiation for ensuring to avail.

- Roll out taxation & compliance framework across all businesses models.
