Assistant Manager - Indirect Taxation - BPO/KPO (5-12 yrs)
Build business competencies with the past experience in VAT advisory and compliance handling
Drive the VAT implementation projects
Ability to build and groom team members by providing career opportunities, right skill sets and relevant technical trainings
Prior experience in transitioning VAT projects for small, medium or large clients
Develop training materials for on-going needs of the team
Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
Develop and maintain productive working relationships with External/ Internal client personnel
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task even in tougher situations
Willing to travel to work in onsite office locations
Willing to adapt to the work timings/days of MENA work shift
Should have 5-12 years of extensive VAT/relevant experience in implementation, advisory or compliance in MNCs or similar organizations, preferably in a client facing role. Must have strong interpersonal and presentation skillets to help drive initiatives independently.
Must possess relevant qualifications per industry standards.
