- Work out people strategy and derive new organization design for better governance.   - Develop and ensure smooth functioning of all HR policies & processes like leave, benefits and employee database management, etc.   - To design and implement HR policies for attracting and retaining the best talent.   - To design & implement new PMS and facilitate roll out   - Sources, recruits, screens, interviews and recommends external and/or internal candidates for all level jobs, including entry level, experienced professional/technical.
