We are having some urgent opening for Asst. Manager- HR across India for one of the biggest FMCG Company.

Position Details:

Company: India's No.1 FMCG Company.

Division: FMCG businesses

Position: Astt. Manager- HR (Corporate HR/ Plant HR)

Job Location: It can be anywhere in India (will be decided by the company after selection, candidates should not have any location preference from their side)

Qualification: MBA / PGDM / MA in HR / IR/ Labour Relations from any of the following campuses XLRI(Jmshedpur)/ TISS(Mumbai)/ SCMHRD(Pune)/ SIBM(Pune)/ MDI(Gurgaon)/ XIMB(Bhuvaneswar)/ IMT(Ghaziabad)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Salary: 15-20 L PA

Candidate Profile: An experienced manager having expertise in Generalist / Corporate HR or Plant HR and IR functions ideally with 2 to 5 years of post qualification experience in HR and employee relations.
