The role with no direct reports  - Provide full range of HR Generalist support for a business vertical FOR Corporate Function (Risk, Marketing, Compliance, Legal, Finance, IT)  - Provide leadership, direction and expertise for the full scope of HR functions including: selection, employee relations, employee compensation, employee engagement and organizational design   - Lead and leverage HR processes within the business (Performance Management, Salary Planning/ Reward Management and Talent Management), cross-functional communication and the transfer of learning and best practice sharing within the HR network   - Drive employee connect, give feedback to the employees and Sr. Management team, resolve issues  - Coach and counsel employees regarding HR policies and procedures with respect to transfer, promotion, compensation, benefits and conditions of employment.
