Purpose of the Job:

- Handling Talent Acquisition

- Recruiting manpower for all functions

- Sourcing Candidates through Central Sourcing Team, Consultants & Employee referrals.

- Managing the end to end recruitment process and ensuring job fit for the hired candidates

- Salary negotiation, compensation fitment as per internal parity for new joining employees.

- Carrying out cost effective recruitment from various sources like job portals, employee referrals, consultants, institutes, alternate channels.
