We are having very urgent opening for the position of Assistant Manager HR- Plant for India's no.1 FMCG company at Saharanpur (UP).

Salary: 15.00-18.00 L PA
Education: Post Graduation in HR from any of these Colleges- TISS, MDI, XLRI, SCMHRD, XIMB, IMT & SIBM (Only 2012 pass out candidates can apply)
Batch: Only 2012 pass out batch can apply for this position.
Experience: 3-4 yrs
Job Profile:
1. Employee Relations (ER) Strategy implementation and monitoring
2. ER systems and processes review, design and implementation at all the units
3. ER systems and processes audit at the unit
4. Develop alternate approaches to wages & welfare structuring for unionised employees aligned to business requirements
5. Conduct Surveys & Benchmark best practices - both internal and external
6. Continuously assess & ensure compliance on impact of applicable legislation education on legal matters
7. Budget, manage and review non-management costs
8. To assist the units on all the ER related Legal Issues
9. To anchor the Long Term Agreement process for the unions along with the ERM and the unit HR teams
10. Non-Management Welfare Management
