This is regards to AM Operations position for top Financial Services - India Microfinance based in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

Responsible for successful execution and ensuring smooth flow of the Confirmations, Leave Management System, Personnel File Management, Transfers and HRMS, Reference Check and Ex-Employee Verification process.

Confirmations

Accountable for the smooth flow of the Confirmation process

Generating accurate list of all the employees who are due for confirmation in the subsequent month and ensuring timely intimation to the respective supervisors

Following up for the timely completion of the confirmations and ensuring that the confirmation letters reaches the employees well in time

Generating accurate confirmation letters incorporating revised salary structure post proper system checks.

Maintaining Revised Salary file and sending it to the Compensation & Benefits team for inclusion of the same in the monthly salary cycle

Transfers

Ensuring employee transfers are completed well in time and the employee gets the transfer letter before the actual movement

HRMS

Ensuring timely updation of the HR records pertaining to any movements, supervisory changes and deputations

Conducting checks of certain certifications for various Role changes

Leave Management System

Ensuring smooth flow of the leave management system

Creating Leave cards for the New Joinees and closing the Leave cards for the exited employees

Carrying out the annual leave credit activity

Responding to employee queries related to leave policies and leave card

Maintaining Leave Without Pay, Stop Salary and Release Salary file and sending it to the Compensation & Benefits team for inclusion of the same in the monthly salary cycle

Assisting with accurate leave balance for computation of notice period for the exited employees

Personnel File Management

Ensuring personnel files of the existing and exited employees are maintained properly in co-ordination with the vendor

Reference Check

Conducting Reference Checks and maintaining accurate records of the New Joinees

Ex-Employee Verification

Providing accurate information about the exited employees to other organizations and various Reference Check agencies
