CORE COMPETENCIES

Talent Acquisition:-

- Managing end to end recruitment process of various channel staff located at Corporate Office .

- Ensuring appointment of staff should meet the requirement of company.

- Completing the joining formalities of the new employee in Head Office & coordinating for the same .

- Providing administrative assistance to all the new employees.

- Orientation & induction for new employees.

- Completing joining formalities, Preparing and issuing offer letter, appointment letters etc.

Compensation & Benefit:-

- Making incentive plan for various channel staff with coordination of HR Head.

- Salary Benchmarking.

- Defining salary band for all level by taking care in mind minimum wages Act, competitor pay mapping etc.

- Calculation & disbursement of variable pay or performance link variable pay for corporate staff.

- Take care entire payroll cycle. Processing salary for corporate .

- Ensuring timely payment of statutory compliance e.g. PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, Maternity Bonus Payment, Minimum Wages Compliance etc.

Performance Management :-

- Managing performance management system. Coordinating with the directors and department heads to monitor performance based on clear Goals set for each employee within the organization

- Coordinating with various department for timely submission of appraisal evaluation form of their staff.

- Making & presenting appraisal sheet to the management to decide the rate of increment.

- Issuing appraisal letter and processing salary as per revised pay.

HR MIS :-

- To prepare and monitor HR budget for various department.

- Attrition Analysis, Incentive Analysis, CTC Analysis, Analysing Min Wage Impact, 3P vendor cost analysis

- Preparation and maintenance of various HR reports e.g. department wise, cost centre wise etc and timely submission of the same.

- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
