Making improvement suggestions.
Drive and implement HR initiatives.
HR Management and Manpower Planning.
Knowledge of appropriate policies and procedures .
Evaluating performance of employees to retain a diverse workforce.
Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.
Ensuring seamless execution of HR processes and adherence to policies & processes across the employee life cycle.
