Looking for HR generalist from batch of 2011/12 for an FMCG giant at AM level preferably from FMCG background or Sales HR experience.  Looking for good pedigree resource (preferably male) from top B schools who can manage extensive travel.   Responsibilities:   - The person would be responsible for capability management, employee engagement, training and development etc.   Recruitment, on boarding & confirmation:  - Understand the resource requirement, ensure quality resources are recruited and inducted into the branch, and ensure timely confirmations   Capability Development:  - Build branch team capability by supporting needs identification and organizing/conducting necessary interventions to bridge the gaps   Performance & Career Management:  - Anchor & ensure quality objective setting and appraisal process at the branch, execute the required process and support the branch head in career progression decisions   People Engagement:  - Support the Branch Head in building the branch culture and initiate suitable interventions to build engagement levels of the team drive R&R initiatives at the Branch   Attrition Management:  - Understand the reason for exit, analyze trends, initiate corrective steps and also ensure smooth exit process for the individual   HR Operations & Admin:  - Manage the admin activities, ensure HR policies & processes are adhered to, ensure statutory compliances and provide timely inputs for Payroll & related benefits   Support employees on Third Party rolls:  - Ensure smooth HR operations for off rolls people thru the third party, provide required inputs / feedback to the party, and ensure compliances are followed by the party
