JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
- Handholding of employees
- Employee counseling and grievance handling
- Driving all Employee Engagements Initiatives/Activities.
- Attrition management as per given target
- Publishing Weekly/Monthly reports, attrition analysis and dashboards.
- Handling of all queries from employees
- Conducting Open house/Town hall with the leadership
- Responsible for effective execution of monthly/Quarterly programs.
- Provide HR advice to Employees and business managers
- Ensuring proactive employee communications on Organization's process and policies
- Responsible for smooth onboarding / Induction of all new joinees
- Track employee escalations and take proactive steps to control escalations
- Managing Exit Employees
- Managing employee connect by regular one-on-one and skip level meetings.
- Interviews of Internal Job Postings
- Driving and ensuring on time interviews of appraisals
- Execute HR programs, engagement models and practices
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OTHER ABILITIES :
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good analytical skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage, inspire and influence people
- Understand employee opinions and anticipate their needs and concerns
- Substantial Business acumen
- Proficient in MS Office, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook etc
- Should be able to take initiatives
- Should be open for rotational/night shifts
No. of years of experience - Post qualification 5 - 8 yrs
Salary range : 12 - 16 LPA
Shift timings : 12.00 - 9.00 pm, should be ok for rotational shifts as well
Cab facility : Yes, depending on location
