Assistant Manager - HR Business Partner - BPO (5-7 yrs)

Role: HR Business Partner - BPO [for booming eCommerce firm]

Designation: Assistant Manager - HR

Position would be an Individual contributor and handle a group of 600+ employees

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The incumbent will collaborate with the BU to implement relevant HR strategies

- Manage employee relations activities and advise managers on employee issues

- Support the annual compensation activities ensuring consistent and fair decisions are made in the promotion, bonus and salary increase processes.

- Deliver additional assignment and projects assigned by the management.

- Develop, promote and monitor the implementation of HR policies and practices that will enable the business to attract, retain and motivate talent at all levels and comply with relevant employment laws and regulations

Desired Profile:

- Atleast 5-7 years of experience in Business HR (Core HR) handling Employee Engagement/ Employee Relations, Grievances handling, Performance Management System, Exit, Payroll, Statuary Compliance, PF, ESI, Leave & Attendance, T&D, Employee Orientation, Payroll processing.

- Candidates with 2-4 Yrs can also apply (If possess MBA in HR(Full-time) from Tier-2 colleges

- MBA/PGDM in HR from reputed college

- Strong understanding of Labor related laws and statutes.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Should be proficient in using MS Office, Excel and data related tools

- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results.

- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.

- Must have Prior experience in International BPO in HR Department.
